This transformative journey is designed to visit your life events through an ecofeminist lens, what I call the female frequency. This workshop is about embodying main character energy—empowering yourself to pursue your dreams, identify blind spots, and balance life on your own terms. Through creative exercises crafted for your personal and professional journey, this workshop will help you drop the self-doubt, rediscover your inner voice, and unleash greater creativity and self-expression. When you know yourself, it becomes easier to quiet the critics, make decisions, trust yourself, and let creativity flow!
